Seeking a Core Laboratory Supervisor to provide expertise and champion results.

You Will:


  • Supervise technical and/or nontechnical laboratory personnel and daily operations in assigned areas/shifts to achieve organization and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise personnel, processes, service levels, regulatory compliance, and service levels in assigned areas. Functional areas of responsibility may include, but are not limited to technical discipline areas in which department is licenses, specimen collection, specimen processing and specimen referral testing
  • Responsible for achieving department goals for service, quality, regulatory compliance, financial performance, personnel management, patient satisfaction, healthy work environment, and integration of intra and interdepartmental activities in areas of responsibility.
  • Demonstrates skill required to supervise, teach and motivate staff
  • Review and approve payroll time sheets, purchasing requisitions, check requests, and scheduling requests

You Should Have:


  • 4 year Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology required
  • 5 years' experience as a Medical Technologist
  • State of Florida Supervisor License in all 5 specialty areas or the ability to obtain
