Team Leader Customer Support Smartphone - Cleveland, ND, United States - Phoenix Industries
Description
Our client is the BPO for the manufacturer of a well-positioned smartphone on the market. We are looking for enthusiastic call center professionals to lead our inbound support team in Cleveland, ND.Your team will be responsible for providing 1st level support for handling issues with the smartphone, primarily over the phone but also through email or chat.
We welcome applicants (m/f/d) who are role models both professionally and personally, and are willing and able to work in rotating shifts.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the team both in terms of expertise and discipline, including coaching and training
- Motivating and inspiring your team to achieve top performance through your own successes
- Creating reports and forecasts
- Developing and adapting conversation guidelines and text modules
- Handling the first level of escalation in difficult customer conversations
- Collaborating in planning and implementing measures to improve processes and service quality
You possess:
- Strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and assertiveness
- Organizational talent, selfconfidence, and exceptional motivation
- Several years of experience in customer service and some leadership experience
- A strong focus on service and a high level of goal orientation
- High commitment, resilience, and problemsolving skills
