BayWa r.e. Operation Services GmbH offers comprehensive operation and maintenance services for wind and solar energy systems, as well as charging infrastructure, worldwide. We use state-of-the-art data management and monitoring systems to ensure high yields, guarantee high availability, and set industry standards. Our on-site technicians ensure smooth operation of our systems. Our customers include fund companies, banks, international investment companies, and community-based energy cooperatives.

Your tasks

  • Technical wind farm management of domestic wind farms (and possibly in Poland and Italy) using modern operational management software, supported by our 24/7 control center
  • Optimization of wind farm performance through technical analysis
  • Monitoring and follow-up of maintenance and repair work
  • Support in implementing our comprehensive and advanced cross-sector digitization strategy in technical operations management
  • Assuming responsibility for incident management
