What will you do?

Lead a team of 70 people located in Germany, India, and Czech Republic, focusing on people development, change management, and business transformation to make this area a strategic pillar of the Mobility organization.
Align the functional and IT strategies for all functions (e.g., FPM, HR, Legal, Communications, Procurement, etc.) and position SMO IT as a valuable partner for functional topics and decisions.
Build and maintain relationships with functional leaders, understand business and functional strategies, and identify business demands.
Stay updated on market trends, best practices, and technology opportunities, and proactively suggest business demands.
Collaborate with global process owners and service owners to advise on IT solutions, opportunities, and innovations that provide business
