Description

The Social Association Germany is a non-profit organization with over members in the state association of Schleswig-Holstein. The SoVD is active in social counseling and support. With 16 counseling centers and its own recreation center in Büsum, over 150 employees are employed and support members in social law matters. They assist with application and enforcement of claims against authorities - especially in pension, health, accident, and long-term care insurance, as well as all matters related to disability law.

Your tasks:

Implementation of the entire recruiting process from posting to hiring
Operational support and advice for employees, managers, works council, and management in personnel matters
Personnel controlling and statistics
Participation in and active implementation of a digital HR strategy
Representation of the department head

Your profile:

Commercial vocational training, preferably in human resources, or successfully completed business studies, ideally with a focus on personnel
Several years of professional experience in human resources
Knowledge of MS Office products and ideally an HR system such as SAP-HCM
High level of social competence and integrity
Strong communication skills and confident, binding appearance
Sound knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law
IT affinity, open to change
