National Account Specialist to join our growing team.

Compensation:
This position offers a base salary and variable compensation based on your contributions. For this role, we anticipate paying $120,000 - $150,000 per year base salary. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. Please speak to your recruiter for further details regarding compensation.

What You Will Do

  • Utilize a consultative, problemsolving approach to effectively sell our comprehensive portfolio of corrugated packaging products, addressing the unique needs of each client.
  • Proactively prospect, pinpoint, and secure new accounts within the corrugated packaging industry, taking full ownership of the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Manage assigned customer portfolio & prospects, conducting thorough assessments of their business requirements and cultivating strong relationships with key decisionmakers.
  • Demonstrate selfreliance and exceptional time management skills to consistently meet and surpass the expectations of both internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Foster effective communication with both internal teams and external clients, demonstrating an understanding of their perspectives and employing innovative problemsolving techniques to deliver optimal solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate customer activity reports and files using CRM tools, leveraging datamining capabilities to inform strategic decisionmaking.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and continuously enhance your knowledge in the fastpaced and fiercely competitive corrugated packaging marketplace.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Direct sales experience specifically in the corrugated brown box industry.
  • Possess strong business acumen and demonstrate the ability to comprehend customer needs within the context of solutionbased technical selling.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work through internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the US domestically, including potential overnight travel.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Demonstrated experience in lead generation and building a robust sales pipeline.
  • Franklin Covey and/or equivalent sales training experience
  • Demonstrated experience working with CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) customers.
  • Technical training in corrugated packaging and/or an undergraduate degree demonstrating lifelong learning.
