This full-time position supports patients in Arlington Heights, IL and surrounding areas.

We are looking for compassionate nurses with:

  • LPN license in the state you work
  • Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing
  • Two years of LPN Experience
  • Must possess WCC certification or State Wound Care Certification
  • Current driver's license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
  • A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
  • The skills needed to selfmanage your time and schedule
  • Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
