Linden Ponds is a beautiful 108-acre continuing care retirement community located just 24 miles from Boston on the South Shore in Hingham, Massachusetts.

We are hiring a Sales Associate who is an integral member of the Sales and Marketing team and is expected to work independently and as a member of a highly interdependent team.

This position is responsible for marketing the Erickson lifestyle to prospects and analyzing various business metrics to determine the prospect's viability and the next best step in the sales and marketing process.


How you will make an impact:

  • Interact with prospects through a variety of sales activities that include daily phone sales, face-to-face sales meetings, and group sales.
  • Influence prospects with strategic messages, tactics, talking points, events, etc.
  • Develop and sustain customer relationships that result in revenue generation.
  • Conduct extensive followup, followthru activities, and retention programs.
  • Conduct phone sales that increase the quality and quantity of appointments attended by prospective residents.
  • Manage the integrity of our Customer Relationship Management database information and reports.

Compensation:
Starting at $24 hourly commensurate with experienc


What you will need:


  • AA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required. Bachelors' preferred. Prior experience may be considered in lieu of education on a casebycase basis.
  • Previous sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
  • Previous experience working with a long sales cycle months) is strongly desired.
  • Proven technology skills
