Profile Summary:
Supports the business team sales efforts and sponsor activities, and provides customer issue resolution. Manages local office and facilities.
- Please Note: Work location for this role must be in the defined region.
- Order and maintain marketing material, sales literature, and current prospectus inventory for field office.
- Manage new business installation processes.
- Provide service and dedicated support to existing plan sponsors, documenting activities in SalesForce.
- Manage and perform Compliance Coordinator duties for the branch office following Voya Field Compliance Procedures and in collaboration with Compliance Supervisor (RVP).
- Office administration: handle branch-related functions including incoming phone calls, office mail; order and maintain office supplies; filing/branch recordkeeping.
- Represent field office as a liaison for building management and coordinate parking, access cards, security, etc., and crisis coordination responsibilities for the field office.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience within the financial services industry.
- FINRA Series 6/63 and applicable State Insurance and Securities Licenses.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
Compensation Pay Disclosure:
Voya is committed to fair and equitable pay, ensuring comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.
$47,810 - $59,760 USD
