Your responsibilities:

Designing survey questionnaires and conducting research
Programming questionnaires
Data management and quality control
Assisting in creating presentations for clients

Requirements and qualifications:

Enrolled student in psychology, social sciences, business administration, or a related field
Organizational skills and enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary team
Practical experience with MS Office and ideally with online feedback tools
Indepth knowledge of theories, methods, and tools used in organizational and market research
High level of independence, teamwork, and reliability
Excellent German and good English skills
Ideally, experience with R or SPSS
