Description
Smith Health Care is a 37 bed skilled care
ehab and 93 bed personal care facility. Looking for an experienced CDM. The CDM will oversee the dietary department. Maintain regulatory compliance. Assist staffing where needed.


Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

  • CDM (required)
