We are a sushi bowl fast-casual restaurant looking for a full time Assistant Manager who is self-driven, motivational, and has a strong operational background.

Pay:
Starting salary is $50,000 (depending on experience and qualifications, salary can be higher)_**
Responsibilities:*Train, manage, and develop team members and team leaders *Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed *Ensure staff provides fast, friendly, and hospitable service *Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs *Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering are done accordingly *Maintains product quality and standards *Ensure proper cash handling and record keeping *Customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction *Make sure all processes, store cleanliness, food safety and HACCP are met regularly and up to the standard of the company


Qualifications:

*Food service and management background *Strong communication skills to connect effectively with customers and staff *Possess a positive attitude and principals which support our work culture *Able to be receive feedback from staff and managers *Strong proactiveness, self-regulation, and self-efficiency *Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant *Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize, and adapt to surroundings *Have good decision making skills

Available shifts and compensation:
We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation depends on your experience.
