Responsibilities:
- Observe employees and stay informed about the daily activities of hotel staff.
- Follow the hotel policies and maintain a clean and safe working environment for all guests and employees.
- Talk to other staff to find out if there are any problems or complaints.
- Make sure that all equipment is working properly.
- Conduct room inspections.
