Responsibilities:
Independently plan and execute NC manufacturing processes for maximum efficiency
Estimate workload for collaboration with external programming firms
Efficiently manage disruptions to troubleshoot issues between data pools and NC machining machines
Introduce new systems as a key user, involving the system house for smooth operations
Create accurate cost estimates for NC machining to ensure transparent budgeting
Identify potential cost-saving opportunities for improved profitability
Continuously optimize machining processes by adjusting post-processors, tools, cutting data, and clamping devices
Analyze error logs and assist in implementing solutions for NC programming

Requirements:
Completed training as a certified technician, master craftsman, or engineer
Several years of experience in NC programming for comprehensive expertise
Experience in CATIA
