Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Taking and managing orders from the shop (online, phone and walk-ins) & sales platforms;
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience, including, but not limited to: 1) communication to walkins and via calls, website chat & messages 2) web site & DoorDash menu management 3) informing customers on floral specials;
• Purchasing and picking up flower orders from the market, flower delivery to the customers;
• Preparing flower arrangements, making custom floral arrangements based on the needs and feedback of the customer;
• Responsible for store upkeep; sweeping floors and cleaning as needed;
• Problem solving;
• Suggesting new product ideas and ways to improve the flower store operation;
• After wedding and corporate events breakdown and vase pickup (locations all around Bay Area).

$ $30.00 per hour
