    Description

    Networks Connect Professional Staffing* is currently seeking an experienced *Patient Access Representative* to join a prominent Healthcare Network on a *Full-Time/PRN *basis.

    Reporting to the Patient Access Supervisor or Manager, this role provides essential patient services and administrative support in ancillary operations.

    The successful candidate will interact with parents, patients, physicians, and staff, demonstrating professionalism and courteousness. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career progression to a Senior Patient Access Representative role.
    *Accurately schedule and verify appointments, ensuring compliance with diagnostic codes and billing requirements.

    • Conduct professional and courteous computer-aided registration over the phone or in person.
    • Ensure compliance with HIPAA Privacy Notice, Patient Rights, and other regulatory requirements.
    • Assist with cash collection, recording co-payments, deposits, and full payments efficiently.
    *Comprehensive knowledge of administrative processes and customer service principles.

    • Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office (Word & Excel preferred).
    • Completion of Patient Access training curriculum and successful passage of competency assessments.
    *Minimum Work Experience*: 3 years of related experience (Required).
    * *Must be available to train on 1st shift for the first month.
    *Full-Time
