Your responsibilities:

Leading our front office team (inbound customer service), consisting of approximately 30 employees, in disciplinary and professional aspects, as well as training new employees, motivating and developing the team.

Coordinating day-to-day operations in the service lines and live chat, as well as creating shift and break schedules.
Monitoring KPIs and the performance of the front office team, as well as creating corresponding statistics.
Supporting the department management in the development, optimization, and implementation of new work processes and procedures.
Identifying with our customers to take our customer journey to the next level.

Your profile:

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or have gained professional experience in a similar position (ideally in a call center).

You impress with a confident demeanor, motivation, and show initiative
