    Foodservice Equipment / HVAC – Inside Sales Representative

    Overview of the Position:

    Respond to leads and cold call sales leads for NAKS. Manage the sales pipeline, including the equipment order to fulfillment process to delivery confirmation. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the process, this requires swift follow-up and includes making quotations and writing orders utilizing Salesforce. Work closely with customers and Departments to ensure that all projects are managed to the expected delivery schedule and brought to a successful closure. Ensure all customer service measures are met. Manage customer/vendor issue resolution. Provide customer support for service & warranty.

    Essential Functions:

    · Grow existing and develop new customers, including HVAC installers, contractors, and dealers

    · Execute base sales accounts to include timely and accurate quotes, order fulfillment, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations directly from customers. Customers quotes are to be made within 24 hours of inquiry receipt.

    · Deliver a positive and responsive customer service experience

    · Ability to multi-task

    · Review customer job plans and specs

    · Manage customer issues and vendor issue to resolution

    · Strong Salesforce (or other CRM) background for quotation, order entry, follow-up on open quotes, maintaining active customer quotations, lead generation, and customer communications

    · Effectively seek customer feedback to determine levels of satisfaction, additional needs or products that they would purchase from NAKS

    · Provide insight on vendor operation performance and recommendations for training sessions

    · Provide customer/vendor feedback on solutions to resolve outstanding issues

    · Ensure availability to accept and/or respond timely to inbound phone calls, emails, or chats

    · Demonstrate a solid working knowledge of food service equipment sales and/or HVAC

    . Works closely with shipping on expedited orders regarding deliveries of scheduled ship dates

    · Provide installation, technical information and customer support to client base as required

    · Support internal policies and procedures

    · Submit monthly customer sales forecast information

    · Adoption of new and existing technology

    · Invest in and maintain a development plan to continuously build skills and capabilities to support our Company objectives and continuously improve customer service and efficiency

    Required Experience

    · Bachelor's degree with preferred 5 – 7 years industry experience

    · Proven strong communication and organizational skills preferred with some project management experience preferred

    · Consultative sales approach via telephone

    · Strong customer service skills and strong attention to detail and follow-up

    · Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication

    · Problem-solving skills and ability to manage many tasks in a fast-paced environment

    · Ability to read basic job and designer plans

    · Demonstrated background in restaurant equipment and strong negotiation skills with customers

    · Fast learner with a can-do attitude and results focused orientation

    · Adapts well to changing environment

    · Good Team Player

    · Highly efficient computer skills including use of email, calendar, etc. to manage daily work flow

    · Proficiency in Salesforce (or other CRM), Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
