"Bring some spice to the table in Greenville, MI - Your responsibilities:

Collecting waste from the mill, bottling, production, and logistics areas
Ensuring cleanliness and order on the waste ramp
Proper disposal of waste (sorted) into designated containers on the waste ramp
Organizing container emptying in collaboration with the waste disposal company (using the SIM card system)
Regular cleaning of the waste containers from the production areas and organizing any necessary repairs
Cleaning the waste ramp and surrounding outdoor areas during shift changes
Assisting with organizing and determining placement and size of waste containers
Reporting any improper waste disposal or sorted waste to the relevant department
Close coordination and collaboration with the waste and environmental officers on disposal matters

Your personal touch - Your profile:

Ideally, some work experience and/or completed training in waste disposal/waste management, such as a specialist or practitioner in circular and waste management, waste and disposal technician, or waste collector (m/f/d)
Interest in food production and enjoyment of physical work
Teamwork and a responsible work ethic to take on the responsibility for the area
Good German language skills and basic computer knowledge for operating our systems
