- Identify and manage asset reliability risks
- Develop and implement reliability improvement plans
- Conduct root cause analysis of failures and develop action plans to prevent recurrence
- Measure and monitor system reliability
- Support the development and maintenance of system documentation
- Develop standards and oversee equipment rebuilds to ensure proper materials and practices are followed
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in reliability engineering. Proficiency in reliability analysis tools such as FMEA and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Certifications in reliability, such as CMRP, CRE, Six Sigma
