As a location manager, you will be the face of your location. Your clients will rely on you for long-term satisfaction and retention. You prioritize service and customer satisfaction, motivating and supporting your team while also ensuring the profitability of your area.

To allow you to focus on your location, you will have the support of colleagues from central departments such as IT, human resources, process organization, marketing, and many others.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive and targeted tax and business advice to both private and mediumsized clients
Lead your location both technically and disciplinarily
Manage personnel planning and the organization of processes at your location
Coordinate and oversee daily operations (annual financial statements, income statements, financial accounting, tax returns, and payroll accounting)
Attend quarterly location manager meetings and regular employee meetings
Participate in the internal quarterly event "Tax Update" and engage in crosslocation projects of your choice

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

You are a tax consultant with extensive knowledge of tax and accounting
You have several years of experience as a tax consultant and may have already gained leadership experience
