- Maintain full project ownership in delivering (but not limited to) complex Digital market research projects
- Consistently exceed client expectations from project inception through completion
- Build effective, professional working relationships with our clients, providing them guidance and advice where appropriate as it relates to Dynata's products and services
- Manage multiple concurrent quantitative projects in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality
- Ensure project task activities are completed through personal production, internal support teams (such as survey programming, client development, etc.), and vendors (such as translators, etc.)
- Proactively anticipate, troubleshoot, overcome, and/or escalate project challenges in a timely manner
- Effectively communicate both as an individual and as part of a client-facing project team
- Tasks may include:
- Tagging online content
- Testing online survey links
- Sampling
- Set-up and monitor reports to evaluate key project metrics
- Ensure quality measures are followed
- Updating clients regularly on project progress
- Ensure key project performance metrics such as project profitability meet or exceed established guidelines
- Strong familiarity with the digital environment
- Able to prioritize workflow, have a strong attention to detail and be service oriented
- Ability to lead and direct client meetings and be an advocate of the company and its capabilities

The role of a Project Manager is to provide excellent customer service while managing our clients' custom quantitative market research projects. The job requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

The salary range for this position in is $50K-$75K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
