- Risk Assessment: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments on critical Frontier assets and business processes, using established methodologies and frameworks. Evaluate security controls, compliance with regulations, and overall risk exposure.
- Risk Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously monitor risks and track changes that may affect their risk status. Produce regular risk reports for stakeholders, including senior management, with clear and actionable insights.
- Risk Mitigation and Remediation: Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement risk mitigation plans and corrective actions when necessary. Monitor the progress of remediation efforts to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
- Policy and Process Enhancement: Assist in the development and enhancement of the Cyber Security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Relationship Management: Foster effective working relationships promote a culture of risk awareness and compliance throughout the organization.
- Industry and Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about industry trends and changes in regulations related cyber security risk management. Ensure the company's practices remain up-to-date and in compliance with relevant laws and guidelines.
- Contractual Reviews: Collaborate with the Frontier Legal to review vendor contracts, service level agreements, and other terms to ensure compliance with cyber security and privacy risk management policies and regulatory requirements.
- Salary Range: $75,000 to $190,000
- 20 PTO (Paid Time Off) days + 10 paid holidays per year

- Demonstrated understanding of business processes, financial reporting and familiarity with information technology audit and control frameworks such as NIST, CIS, COBIT, ITIL and PCI DSS
- Knowledge of IT audit methodologies and control frameworks for areas that include network security, logical access and change management controls for supporting infrastructure, applications, and databases
- Knowledge of information security tools to identify vulnerabilities in networks and applications
- Ability to balance risks in ambiguous and complex situations
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills, in particular in leading or contributing to multi-functional teams
- Highly motivated to contribute and grow within a complex area of critical importance
- Strong critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Aptitude to learn complex technology configuration
- Expert in data analysis tools including Excel and other similar tools.
- Experience working independently as well as collaboratively across large teams
- At least 2-4 years of experience working for a professional services organization with a strong preference for Big 4 consulting or audit background
