ResponsibilitiesLead the Octagos Health Onboarding program for the agency
Prep for, conduct, and follow up on training sessions with onboarding clients
Manage between 20+ onboarding clients at a time
Activate onboarding process based on KPIs
Provide detailed call notes post-training session format
Graduate clients in a timely, value-driven manner and garner positive reviews
Introduce clients to our services and identifying upsell opportunities
Assist in hitting revenue goals through facilitating hand-offs from our sales team
Create training materials for clients and prospective
Assist with technical project management and integration builds
Qualifications:
2+ years software training experience
2+ years client-facing experience
B2B experience preferred
Healthcare industry experience ideally
Bachelor's Degree
