Experience Required:
Minimum (1) year (educational or professional) with Autodesk Revit
Experience Preferred:
Minimum (3) years professional experience with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD with Modular construction/design experience
Job Description:
- Create full, working, plan sets for Commercial Modular construction, customer, and state approval in a fastpaced, teamoriented work environment.
- Interact professionally with customers, coworkers, and state agencies.
- Strong communication via verbal and written means.
- Punctuality and ability to timemanage required.
- Ability to multitask and selfmotivate
- Physically and mentally able to work 40+ hours per week.
- Openminded learning capability.
- Eager to learn
- Drawing test in Revit may be administered based upon previous experience.
- Teamoriented and goodnatured work environment.

- Compensation based upon experience and proficiency.
- ICC Building code knowledge a plus.
- Basic Knowledge of construction material and methods.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Pay:
Up to $24.00 per hour
