Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Position:
Full-time; Monday
- Friday 8AM4PM or 9AM5PM
Compensation:
$18 - $24/hour
Required Education:
Associate Degree
Start Date: 2 weeks

Responsibilities:
- Answer phone and route calls or take messages
- Schedule internal and external meetings
- Manage all client communication through our portal
- Maintain Maintenance and Inspection Calendars for all properties
- Assist with onboarding of New Clients
- Act as first point of contact for owners/tenants
- Handle Real Estate Closings (condo questionnaire, statement of account, closing letter, financials, budget, formation docs, etc.)
- Act as leasing manager for rental properties (manage delinquencies, evictions, lease renewals, movein/moveout inspections, apartment turnovers security deposits, etc.)
- Hold team meetings for inoffice team
- Order supplies for the office
