Description

We are in need of innovative spirit and creativity for effective protection. The German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA) is the competence center for all industrial property rights - for patents, utility models, trademarks, and designs.

With the further development of our protection systems, we are driving digitalization and are looking for you at our location in Munich as an application support (m/f/div) for our IT protection systems and cross-sectional services.

Your main tasks:

Ensuring smooth operation of the applications under your care
Installation, administration, and regular maintenance of the server landscape
Monitoring and automation of operational processes, including high availability and IT emergency management
Ensuring change and release management according to ITIL
Analysis and resolution of technical and functional errors, as well as support for corresponding software tools
Ensuring implementation and compliance with IT security and data protection requirements

We offer you:

Permanent employment as a salaried employee in pay group 9b of Part III, Section 24 of the Federal Remuneration Act. A transfer to civil servant status is possible up to pay group A 9m.
