- Assist the Executive Pastry Chef in preparing a variety of breads, desserts, and pastries according to established recipes and portion control standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the preparation area, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients, and regular cleaning of equipment and work surfaces.
- Support in receiving and inspecting deliveries to ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients, promptly reporting any issues or discrepancies.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation regulations, including the proper handling of perishable items, temperature control, and safe storage of food products.
- Follow standard operating procedures and kitchen guidelines meticulously to uphold consistency and quality in food preparation.
- Demonstrate a strong, upbeat, and positive personality while embodying a commitment to high standards with impeccable attention to detail.
