For our location in New Home, TX, we are currently looking for a Shift Leader (m/f/d) in the field of joining technology/assembly.

Your responsibilities:

  • Independent management, control, and coordination of shift employees in the field of joining technology/assembly
  • Organizing personnel deployment
  • Ensuring a smooth production process and targeted material supply
  • Monitoring the timely and quantitycompliant fulfillment of production orders and capacity levels
  • Providing technical support and training for machine operators and setting up production machines
  • Solving technical and organizational problems
  • Optimizing process flows and ensuring predetermined quality standards

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training in the field of metal technology or several years of professional experience in a similar environment (further education as a technician, master craftsman, or similar is desirable)
  • Professional experience in a similar position is desirable
  • Ideally, experience in personnel management
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Leadership skills and strong communication abilities
  • Independent and systematic way of working
  • Assertiveness and initiative
  • Visionary thinking and organizational talent
  • Quality orientation and teamwork skills
