Position Overview:

As a Member Experience Representative at 6ycle, you will be the face of our studio, responsible for ensuring every member receives an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door.

You will play a vital role in driving sales, building relationships with our members, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our studio space.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome members and guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with inquiries, bookings, and purchases.
• Actively promote and sell retail products, memberships, and class packages.
• Generate leads and referrals through engaging with members and fostering a sense of community.
• Ensure the studio space is clean and organized before and after each class, including equipment setup and breakdown.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and inventory management as needed.
• Stay knowledgeable about studio offerings, promotions, and policies to effectively communicate with members.

Qualifications:

• Thrives in a personal, social environment, with a passion for connecting with others and fostering a sense of community.
• Demonstrated passion for helping others solve problems and achieve their fitness goals.
• Proven track record of contributing to a winning team through collaboration, communication, and a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Detailoriented with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
