Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Assistant to provide direct support and care to individuals in need.

As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting with daily activities and ensuring the well-being of our clients.

This position requires experience in home care, dementia care, nursing homes, or social work.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance to individuals with various needs
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Administer medications and monitor vital signs as needed
Assist with meal preparation and feeding
Accompany clients to medical appointments or social outings
Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor

Qualifications:

Previous experience in direct support, home care, dementia care, nursing homes, social work, or related fields is preferred
Knowledge of first aid techniques is a plus
Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
