    Description

    Position Overview:

    Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Business Analyst Practice


    Responsibilities:

    Optimize new Workforce Now platform
    Develop understanding of client strengths and needs
    Train HR/Payroll staff on new system features
    Develop and Document SOPs


    Required Qualification(s):
    Knowledge in multiple facets of Workforce Now
    Ability to provide necessary knowledge transfer to employees
    Business Analysis/Assessment experience


    Preferred Qualification(s):

    Ability to guide newer team members
    Ability to manage multiple priorities in demanding environment
    Ability to deliver on management needs

    Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with a start date of 05/06/2024 with an initial duration through 08/03/2024
    , with the possibility of extending.


    Level of Effort:

    Part time, 15-30 hours per week


    Working Hours:

    US time zones, client is based on East Coast
