Position Purpose:

This position will work with the Global EHS Systems Team to support the EHS and Operations team's data and systems requirements.

This role will assist in database management, user support and training, and the extraction of reports and metrics to meet the needs of Senior Management, EHS, Compliance, Sales and Operations as required.

The role will also be responsible for maintaining and designing EHS SharePoint team collaboration and company facing internal pages. This position can be fully remote.

Key Job Activities:

Data extraction, reports and metrics
SharePoint internal webpage management and communication
Daily database management & improvement initiatives
Management of system data feeds and QA/QC of data imports and documentation
Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Education:

Preferred Education: in Bachelors or Equivalent

Experience (North America):

Bachelor's in Business or equivalent
25 years of experience in an office setting
Expertise with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, charts and formulas
Expertise with Microsoft SharePoint
Preferred experience with Environmental, Health and Safety and DOT/Fleet Compliance regulations
Understanding of database design, structure and reporting
