We are a beverage development, manufacturing & consulting company that is growing located in Vineland, NJ.

We are looking to increase our production staff over the next couple of weeks to meet our customers' demands. This is an opportunity to join a growing local company that is well established in the industry. Preference will be given to individuals who have prior experience working in a beverage bottling/packaging facility.

  • The role: The Production Worker will be completing various product assembly, packaging assembly, and other miscellaneous tasks to ensure quality and quantity standards at Vineland Syrup Inc.
  • The hours are: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm
  • Starting Salary: $16.00 per hour based on experience.
  • Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED
  • Eligible for Benefits (Medical, Prescription, 401K)

Details:


  • Works on production line with consistent speed and accuracy to meet production volumes.
  • Completes product assembly tasks such as capping, labeling, and basic inspection of products.
  • Completes packaging tasks such as box assembly, inserting products into boxes, taping, and inserting secondary packaging such as plastic film.
  • Completes miscellaneous tasks such as ensuring proper product orientation for both adhesive and ink labeling.
  • Learns and trains on various assembly and packaging tasks depending on product manufacturing specifications.
  • Reports all safety, quality, and machine related issues to production team leads or other management.
  • Maintains a clean and safe work area.
  • Follows all safety, quality and GMP guidelines.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
