Overview:
Join our team as a Front Desk Agent at a wonderful trade school that offers Home Health Aide and personal Care Aide classes where you will be the first point of contact for our students.
Responsibilities:
- Greet students in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Assist students with registering for our classes and provide information about School.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Spanish/English
- Paid Traning
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of front desk operations and phone systems
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Types:
