Tasks

  • Planning, monitoring and controlling of national and international IT projects while adhering to budget, quality and timeline within company-specific guidelines
  • Leading (partial) projects for the integration of business applications (e.g. SAP, Salesforce)
  • Professional leadership of cross-functional and partially international project teams as well as external service providers
  • Continuous project controlling regarding progress, risks, issues and scope changes, as well as budget planning and monitoring
  • Communication interface between the project organization and stakeholders
  • Writing project-related reports and presentations for stakeholders
  • Participation in the development of project management standards

Profile

  • Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration or equivalent qualification with several years of professional experience
  • Knowledge and experience in IT partial and/or project management
  • Practical experience in the use of PM methods and standards (PRINCE2, PMI, Scrum)
  • Business process understanding
  • Goal-oriented, structured work approach and strong analytical skills
  • Communication and assertiveness on various management levels
  • Strong willingness for continuous professional
