    Director Portfolio Execution

    Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Must reside within 50 miles/1hour commute from a Elevance Health location.

    This Enterprise Transformation Leader will oversee a team dedicated to driving transformation initiatives across all aspects of the enterprise. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker and proficient executor who is focused on improving current business operations while evaluating the end-to-end business functions. This role offers the opportunity to leave a significant footprint on the enterprise's future growth and efficiency.

    How you will make an impact:
    • Leads comprehensive evaluation of current state experiences, business outcomes, gaps, and problem root causes.
    • Develops future state designs with a comprehensive short-term and long-term roadmap focused on different levers of transformation, such as process elimination/simplification, analytics, advanced automation, technology, and digital solutions.
    • Drives efficiency improvements related to speed, quality, and simplification by eliminating rework, reducing and automating manual work and hand-offs.
    • Identifies and implements best practices across business units.
    • Uses a consultative approach towards transformation by partnering with business stakeholders as well as various delivery teams across the organization to deliver the future state roadmap.
    • Builds collaborative partnerships across multiple different teams within the organization.
    • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
    Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
    • Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally within business transformation or closely related field.
    • Proven experience in managing/building high performing teams.
    • Demonstrated ability to identify problems, assess their magnitude, and prioritize for resolution.
    • Ability to create and execute a strategic vision.
    • Deep understanding of various transformation levers such as process elimination/simplification, analytics, advanced automation, technology, and digital solutions.
    • Exceptional ability to build and maintain partnerships at all levels of the organization.
    • Organized, analytical, and a problem-solving leader who can guide the team through transformative changes across diverse business functions.
    • Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in the face of evolving business goals and objectives.
    For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $136,080 to $257,191.
