As the umbrella organization for social welfare, the Caritas Association represents the interests of charitable organizations and institutions in the diocese and advocates for fair and social living conditions.

Your responsibilities

Independent and responsible preparation of monthly payroll with consideration of legal, collective bargaining and contractual requirements for a fixed staff, including verification of monthly payroll results
Conducting reporting and certification procedures
Maintenance of personnel master data and personnel files
Independent and timely processing of monthly master data maintenance
Contact person for social security and taxrelated questions and all areas of payroll
Implementation of income tax and social securityrelated supplementary pension regulations
Processing of procedures for new hires, terminations, and changes in ongoing employment relationships
Correspondence and communication with tax authorities, health insurance companies, social security agencies, and other authorities
Monitoring of deadlines
Support during company audits

Your qualifications

Successfully completed commercial/taxrelated training or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in payroll accounting
Indepth knowledge of social security, income tax, and labor law
Very careful, structured, responsible, and independent way of working
