As a Customer Success Associate, you will be a part of our customer service team, which is the heart of Picnic.

Your important role is to continuously delight our customers and work together with the team to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.

With this mission in mind, you will handle every inquiry with a friendly and solution-oriented approach.

Through various channels, you will communicate personally and individually with each customer, contributing to numerous positive customer experiences with your well-coordinated team.


What we're looking for:
