KG Stevens is the largest solid surface and granite/quartz fabricator in Wisconsin and due to our tremendous growth, we are looking for a counter top installer to join our team Installers
work 4 days a week and are responsible for ensuring that each installation meets both project requirements and company specifications with a goal of exceeding customer expectations.

They will maintain effective and high quality customer service, utilizing a professional and friendly demeanor when communicating with customers and team members.

• Responsible for driving to customer locations, loading and installing granite/quartz countertops into customer homes and/or businesses
• Install granite, quartz and solid surface countertops, sinks, and other related products at customer locations in accordance with industry procedures and standards
• Ability to safely handle power tools to hand polish, cut, grind, and shape countertops to make adjustments as needed to complete the assigned project
• Ensure service vehicle has the proper tools and supplies to do complete each job daily
• Communicate with clients via phone in a professional and courteous manner
• Present yourself in a professional manner, maintaining the image of KG Stevens
• Update web based job tracking software with job related photography
• Drive company vehicle as needed, in a safe and courteous manner, obeying all local, state and federal traffic laws, while completing scheduled customer visits as timely and efficiently as possible
• Engage in safe work practices in addition to the required use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
• May occasionally work on special projects or perform other duties as assigned
• Have a High School diploma/GED with some trade related education and/or equivalent work experience
• Reliable, safety conscious and able to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
• Basic carpentry/building skills required
• Be able to measure accurately, use a level and a caulk gun
• Have a very strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team in a timely manner towards the completion of each assigned job
• Enjoy problem solving in a fastpaced environment
• Possess exceptional customer service skills have an ability to calmly respond to complaints
• Be able to educate/train others
• Be a team player who builds great working relationships
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

• The employee may occasionally be exposed to airborne particles and moderate to high noise levels while working with power tools in the field. Safety equipment such as safety glasses, gloves, ear protection and hard hats are provided for employees.
• Heavy lifting (100+ lbs.), kneeling, crouching, reaching, grasping, standing for long periods of time, and other physical demands is required.
