Our location in Livermore, California currently has an opportunity for a Logistics - Material Handler. The Logistics - Material Handler verifies, receives, unpacks, checks and stores materials coming into the ACH facility. Fills orders, packs product for shipment and ships goods to customers/patients. Works with ACH inventory management systems to record and maintain control of all inventory items received and shipped including serial number and lot number control. Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures in the Healthcare industry. May operate light equipment (pallet jack, electronic lift, box assembly machine, etc.).

**WHAT YOULL DO**

Receives, ships, stores, and delivers products and materials within ACH, and coordinates and completes order fulfillment by preparing documents and outgoing shipments.

Loads, unloads, moves and stores items according to delivery or routing documents and manufacturer or company specifications.

Verifies items received against packing lists, documenting discrepancies and/or damages and resolving issues with ACH Purchasing, shipper, and/or transportation companies.

Maintains distribution records of serial number/lot numbers of incoming and outgoing merchandise according to regulatory requirements.

Performs all computer functions necessary to track various aspects of goods. Monitors and maintains inventory control of merchandise and produces physical inventory product reports.

Quarantines, cleans and inspects returned items, medical devices and equipment, according to procedures, specifications and regulations.

Maintains products in a manner that is safe from damage, deterioration, decay, contamination or spoilage while being stored or shipped.

Operates equipment and handles materials properly, observing all safety and security procedures.

Maintains inventory of promotional materials and trainer/demo supplies.

Follows all regulatory policies, procedures, privacy, and security standards in accordance with government agencies including all SOX and HIPAA requirements.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOULL BRING**

**Required**

High School diploma

1-2 years work experience

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs consistently through a shift in order to safely move product from one production line to another

**Preferred**

Experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts
