SUMMARY


The Service Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day activities and interaction between the client and United Community Wealth in terms of establishment of documentation, accounts, maintenance, and servicing of the relationship.

The Service Specialist is also responsible for maintaining a high level of knowledge of products, services, and wealth systems to provide service excellence for our clients.

The Service Specialist will maintain awareness of identifying and managing risk and adhering to policies and procedures.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 2 or more years of customer service in one of the following areas:
  • Banking
  • Investment experience
  • Trust administrations
  • Strong Interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
  • Microsoft suite proficient.

JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Services customers by providing detailed information and addressing account serving needs.
  • Assists the Private Banker, Trust Advisor, and/or Portfolio Manager by processing and maintaining accurate and complete documentation and providing sales support.
  • Responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing, and resolving complex problems with accounts related issues.
  • Maintains an effective rapport with clients and United Community personnel.
  • Compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Greenville, SC and Orlando, FL


POSITION TYPE
This is a full-time position that requires schedule flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.


TRAVEL
This position requires up to 10% travel.
