Description

Able to work with the team to timely coordinate collateral necessary to effectively promote and manage events from inception to final presentation

Assist with social media content, ensuring ALL communities provide interesting, engaging, quality content and work with SM Director on posts, ads, and boosting
Assist in the development of promotional and educational events and presentations to keep our legacy community top of mind in the public domain
Utilize company platforms to engage and followup with families and prospects; encourage quality reviews; and provide appreciative followup
Maintain the accuracy of all community links on referral platforms, Google, and other landing pages; update same routinely
Conduct confirmation calls for tours and reschedule as necessary; willing to learn the art of the cold call
Assist with maintaining marketing calendars and community partner meetings
Conduct market research, compile, verify, and update competitor information, and provide timely share of industry changes
Identify opportunities for our business to engage with customers, service providers, organizations, community leaders, and other opportunities to support resident acquisition and retention
Assist in identifying and developing strategic partnerships
Ensure new resident packets are prepared and ready for completion and submission
Manage incoming leads from referral sources, identify and timely report duplicate leads, assign leads, ensure contact, provide information as requested and directed
Provide assistance, as requested or needed to home office and management
Participate in weekly sales meeting, compile notes, identify what needs followup and follow through
