Training with a solid foundation

Your training as a real estate agent (m/f/d) takes place at our company headquarters in Maxhütte-Haidhof. You can look forward to diverse and varied tasks in our Real Estate departments.

During your training, you will go through various areas such as expansion, store construction, and property management. This will give you an insight into the diverse activities in our company.

The training ends with a final exam before the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) to become a real estate agent (m/f/d).

  • You will be responsible for all topics related to our properties in a team, from creating offers to carrying out maintenance measures.
  • You will be the contact person for our landlords and service providers.
  • You will support in location analysis.
  • You will organize and accompany new construction projects.
  • You will gain insight into the financing of properties.
  • You will handle general office tasks.
