Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Team Members. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive dining experience.

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
• Assist with stocking inventory and maintaining proper food storage
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with cash register and handling cash transactions preferred
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems is a plus, specifically Aloha POS
• Culinary experience or knowledge of kitchen operations is beneficial
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient workflow
