Are you fascinated by houses, apartments, and properties? Do you want to help your clients achieve their dream of owning a home by finding and brokering suitable properties? Are you an independent person who enjoys working autonomously? Do you have a talent for sales and persuasion, and are eager to contribute to one of our real estate consulting offices with your own ideas and responsibilities?

Then a position in sales at our subsidiary LBS Immobilien GmbH Southwest is the right fit for you.

Here, you will experience firsthand the contact with our clients and learn what it takes to provide advice, support, and acquire new business.

You will primarily be stationed at one of our consulting offices (ideally near your place of residence). The internal training will take place in Karlsruhe, and the vocational school is located in Pforzheim.

Salary and Opportunities


According to the collective agreement for the public banking sector, you will receive a competitive training salary that will make you financially independent: 1,241.50 / 1,308.67 / 1,375.83 euros gross in the 1st/2nd/3rd year of training.


Due to the basic human need for a home and the promising prospects in the real estate industry, an apprenticeship as a real estate agent (m/f/d) is a wise investment in your future.

After completing your training, you will transition into a commercial agent position, where exciting and challenging tasks await you.
