HOFELE is an internationally recognized tuner of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, located in the heart of the German automotive region in Sindelfingen. With almost 40 years of experience, HOFELE develops and delivers custom-made attachments and unique luxury and super sports cars based on the Mercedes-Benz brand, using the highest level of engineering.


Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for a creative, team-oriented, and proactive Head (m/f/d) of Human Resources for our location in Dos Palos Y, CA.

In this broad and trusted position, you will contribute to the development of our company and we are seeking a convincing "HR all-rounder" to join our team part-time.


Responsibilities:


  • Acting as a sparring partner for the management and first point of contact for executives on all relevant personnel, labor, and social law issues
  • Introduction, implementation, and management of national and international HR projects and processes
  • Responsibility for all aspects of modern personnel management, such as active sourcing, personnel development, succession planning, employer branding, and social media
  • Further development of a value and futureoriented personnel and organizational development
  • Leading a small team of employees

Qualifications:


  • Completed degree in human resources or a comparable education
  • Several years of professional experience in human resources management, preferably as an HR business partner, ideally in an agile company with a modern people culture
  • Indepth knowledge of labor law
  • Communication and conflict resolution
