    Description
    COMPUTER/IT
    Front-End Developer, IBM Corporation, San Jose, CA. Lead assigned client engagement workstream and propose technical ideas that align with stakeholder objectives.

    Coordinate with clients to bridge gap between user interface and database software to efficiently enable clients to interact with and manipulate data in software applications.

    Collect information from the users, processes, and handle the functionality of the application while recreating client's database error messages to validate user inputs, perform data sanitiz-ation, and implement data manipulation functionality such as sorting, searching, and filtering.

    Perform testing and debugging activities to identify and resolve issues or bugs in the front-end code that interacts with the database.

    Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user interface preparation to ensure proper functionality and data accuracy of the database software.

    Identify security vulnerabilities of database software and work directly with the security team and back-end developers to implement appropriate security patches.

    Debug error handling messages in the database and validate data to prevent invalid or malicious data from entering the database.

    Communicate with clients to troubleshoot database product and performance issues, identify root cause analysis for issue and provide resolution/workaround for resolving issue.

    Assist in interactive part of software applications (e.g., Graphical User Interface (GUI) which allows users to act as they see fit; routinely utilize database software knowledge, HTML, CSS, and Java Script to ensure fast loading of the application for the clients.

    Utilize SQL, Python, NodeJS, Openshift, Kubernetes, Docker.


    Required:

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering or related and two (2) years of experience as a Developer or related.

    Two (2) years of experience must include utilizing SQL, Python, NodeJS, Openshift, Kubernetes, Docker. $153, $194,400.00 per year. Please send resumes to recruitad@ Applicants must reference K415 in the subject line.
