Our client stands out for its highly sustainable approach to advising its customers.

From company car leasing for small businesses to fleet management for large corporations, my client provides advice on all mobility-related issues.

Currently, there is a major project focused on electrifying the fleet of some customers. The goal is to modernize and shape the concept of mobility for the future. The first successes are already visible, with 46% of vehicles in use having a hybrid or electric drive. This modern approach is also reflected in the work culture, and new colleagues are sought after and developed sustainably. Currently, due to an internal promotion, a replacement is being sought for the role of Risk Controller.

This position works closely with the Head of Operational Risk and is significantly involved in implementing current BaFin and MaRisk regulations for Germany.

The onboarding process will be overseen by the Head of Operational Risk and follows a very direct and operational model.

As the Head of Operational Risk was previously in this role, you can expect valuable insights and a very pleasant working atmosphere.

This is the first new hire in the department in several years, and all colleagues are very satisfied. We have already placed 3 candidates with this company, and all are very happy with their new positions.


Your responsibilities:


  • Actively develop and implement risk strategy
  • Further develop risk indicators and early warning systems
  • Conduct annual risk inventories and create overall risk profiles
  • Perform stress
