    We are seeking a creative Autonomous Systems Engineer to be part of our Imaging Systems Group. Your innovative ideas will drive projects that enhance operational capabilities, ensure national security, and lead the next wave of technological advancement.

    As a team member, you will:

    • Research, evaluate, and integrate cutting-edge algorithms and technologies for perception, planning, and control.
    • Lead the design, development, and implementation of autonomous systems solutions.
    • Be involved in the fabrication, assembly, and integration of subsystems to enhance autonomous functionalities.
    • Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster innovation and excellence within the team.
    Qualifications

    To be considered, you need to:

    • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
    • Have at least 3 years of experience in autonomy and embedded system development.
    • Be skilled in programming languages like Python, C++, Java, and have experience with ROS.
    • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Have knowledge of sensor technologies and data processing techniques used in autonomous systems.
    • Be eligible for a Secret security clearance.

    You'll stand out if you:

    • Have a Master's degree in artificial intelligence or at least 8 years of relevant experience.
    • Possess knowledge of UxS control systems and UxS architectures.
    • Are proficient in languages for System-on-Module platforms.
    • Have expertise in sensor technologies and calibration, data fusion, and sensor fusion algorithms.
    • Are familiar with path planning algorithms and excel in problem-solving.
    • Currently hold an Active Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
